Benvenuto a Gusto

A passion for Italy, and particularly its food and drink, became reality for us when Gusto opened in May 2006. Many of us have experienced the real Italy and its rich culture, the warmth of its people and the taste, smell and colour of the incredible foods and wines. At Gusto our aim is to bring some of these experiences to you here in Cheltenham.

The cooking style throughout Italy is simple, using high quality seasonal produce. At Gusto we believe in this approach to food and our daily changing menus reflect this. We also believe in supporting small producers and where possible we buy exclusive products for our shop from small suppliers, both from Italy and the UK. In the kitchen our meat, fruit and vegetables are all sourced locally – even our wild boar salami!

If you are looking for a coffee with a home-made cake or biscuit, lunch in our stylish caffé, something with a little zing to take back to the office, or perhaps an exciting menu for a private or business party, we would be delighted see you or help with your catering requirements.

Above all, at Gusto you will always be greeted with a warm welcome and a smiling face. It is a place where friends meet, and a place to make friends. Whilst we don't always have the sunshine here, our aim is to brighten your day.
